As Production Engineering Technician, you'll ensure SEA’s production processes are effective and predictable through the deployment of appropriate processes, controls, and equipment. The Production Engineering Technician will be based at our Barnstaple site. This role does require being onsite 5 days a week, with some flexibility for occasional remote working. The salary for this role is up to £30k, depending on experience.
What you’ll be doing:
- Enhance the reliability and efficiency of SEA's production processes across a complex product portfolio and modern facility, including identification of process improvements, new equipment development and detailed standard operation procedures.
- Maintain and update manufacturing documentation, tooling and processes.
- Triage any production issues arising in manufacture and apply effective root cause problem solving techniques.
