SEA is seeking a Production Engineering Technician at our Barnstaple site.
The role is on‑site five days a week and involves supporting production engineering activities across units, including design of jigs and fixtures and calibration oversight.
Salary is up to £32k, commensurate with experience.
You will work across production, engineering and wider business areas to triage quality issues, participate in GEMBA, and help implement process improvements to boost capacity and efficiency.
