Qualifications & Experience
- Must be 18+ (due to serving alcohol)
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles is desirable
- Comfortable handling cash and operating tills
- Confident serving alcohol and adhering to licensing requirements
- Basic understanding of health & safety and hygiene standards
- Good communication skills with the ability to engage guests at all levels
