Now, were looking for a passionate and driven Operations Manager to ensure the smooth and successful running of both of these amazing attractions!

What Youll Do:

• Take the lead as the key Duty Manager, overseeing day-to-day operations across both attractions.
• Ensure an outstanding guest experience, meeting KPIs and delivering magical moments.
• Maintain top-tier presentation standards, keeping everything looking as vibrant as Peters blue jacket!
• Manage financial controls, including audits and cash handling.
• Inspire and develop a team of Supervisors and Duty Managers, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with the General Manager on business strategy and local partnerships to elevate both attractions.
