Responsibilities

As a Christmas Elf, you\'ll be based in our enchanted grotto for guests to enjoy safe, festive fun with their nearest and DEER-est. You\'ll be in character as an Elf, assisting with various activities and supporting Father Christmas. This is a guest-facing role, to support and engage with guests that are visiting our event during this magical time. You\'ll be required to be in character as an Elf for each shift during the event, so you must be confident in characterisation and performance. Strong guest interaction skills are also a must! Keeping the Christmas magic alive, you will support the operational teams with safety measures and be on hand to check tickets and help guests wherever needed.

Availability

We require Elves to be available from mid-November until the 24th of December, and we have a mixture of part-time contracts available, working a variety of shifts including weekends, bank holidays, and full-time hours during peak times as required.
