We have fun-packed combined Retail and Hospitality Host positions available at our SEA LIFE Centre in Brighton. Come and join us and be part of our friendly team, welcoming and making our guests' visit just that extra bit special, all whilst enjoying being around some of the world’s most interesting marine wildlife!
Bouncing between our gift shop and café area, you will be serving delicious food and refreshing drinks, developing a well-rounded understanding of our visitor experience, ensuring that every guest leaves satisfied.
You’ll be enhancing our guest experience by offering a warm and welcoming, informative approach, actively encouraging visitors to stock up on memorable merchandise and upselling where applicable. With your truly helpful nature and world-class customer service, you’ll always seek out the right opportunities to interact with our guests, boost revenue and smash set daily targets! You will be open to suggesting products that our guests may want to purchase and will be on hand to assist our customers with any queries they may have.
You’ll be expected to manage deliveries and keep displays fully stocked up. Importantly you’ll be ensuring that all food preparation and dining areas are clean, neat and hazard free, maintaining high standards of food hygiene and safety.
Whether you're serving at the till or helping guests find that perfect item, you'll own the experience and make it as fun and memorable as possible! This is a seasonal, part-time position with a minimum of 5 hours per week. Flexibility is key and we’re looking for team members who can be available on weekends and during the summer holiday period. These roles are to start ASAP and go on until the end of October 2026 with possible extensions thereafter.
