You will work very closely with the General Manager and help run all aspects of the business and the team on a day-to-day basis to deliver a memorable visitor experience and achieve financial targets in the commercial areas. You will ensure that the presentation of the site meets the quality standards set and that the entertainment provided is of a high quality. In addition, you’ll be responsible for recruitment, training and tasked with providing clear direction for the teams.
