Based at our Canary Wharf site, you’ll be working to ensure the safe running of the pools and surrounding areas. We are looking for people with experience of open water lifeguarding and a passion for health and wellbeing to deliver an outstanding experience. Ideally, you will already have the Open Water Lifeguard and/or the National Pool Lifeguard Qualification.

What your day will look like:

- Drive Safety and Customer Satisfaction
- Ensure the pools are safe and inviting for all users through assertive lifeguarding actions.
- Provide a safe environment where you administer first aid when needed.
- Encourage repeat visitor usage by providing excellent customer interaction to users.
- Monitor the pool area to ensure that it is maintained at a high level of cleanliness.
- Deliver a friendly, motivating customer experience and make every conversation count.
- Explain Lifeguard interventions clearly and confidently so all users feel comfortable and engaged whilst using the facility.
- Build real relationships that lead to loyalty and long-term, happy members.
- Work closely with colleagues across the business to ensure a smooth customer journey.
- Share ideas to grow participation and promote events.
- Be ready to get involved at outreach events and in the community networking.
