Role & Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end procurement activity across FM categories including hard services, soft services, maintenance, and utilities
  • Support supplier sourcing, tendering, contract negotiations, and vendor performance management to deliver commercial value and service excellence
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to understand operational requirements and support procurement strategy delivery
  • Analyse spend data, supplier performance, and market trends to identify cost-saving and process improvement opportunities
  • Support contract management activities, compliance monitoring, and procurement reporting across the procurement function
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across procurement processes, systems, and supplier engagement activities

Experience & Requirements:

  • Previous experience within FM procurement, indirect procurement, or facilities category management
  • Strong understanding of facilities management services and supplier management processes
  • Experience supporting tender processes, contract negotiations, and procurement best practice
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • CIPS qualification (or working towards) desirable
