Senior Procurement Manager

Job Title: Senior Procurement Manager – CAPEX & FM

Location: London, 1-2 days a week, with occasional site visit

Salary & Package: £70,000 – £75,000 + bonus and additional benefits

Sea Global are proud to be partnering with a global, market leading brand who are currently seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to join their busy, best in class procurement team. The function itself is centralised here London where this role is based, but their will be an EMEA focus across the likes of Spain, Germany and France (to name a few).

They have several exciting FM & Construction projects in the pipeline, the successful candidate will need to have a demonstrable track record in order too succeed in this role. Please read on for more information!

Key Responsibilities:

• Report into and work closely with the Head of Procurement
• Directly manage one Category Buyer
• Manage the construction suppliers, minimising the CAPEX & Facilities spend of each new store
• Re-tender, negotiate and develop contracts for all contractors, equipment and professional advisors
• Monitor major cost inputs and advise on how to react to any major movements
• To manage all Contractor / Supplier negotiations, to reduce costs without compromising on the agreed specifications

Skills & Experience Required:

• Experience working in a multi-site, complex environment
• Strong category experience within FM, Capex & Construction
• Ideally will have worked within a hospitality, or food service environment previously
