Sea Global are currently partnering with a leading Professional Services business in Birmingham, who are looking to recruit an Indirect Buyer into the team. We have recruited a number of roles for this business and feedback has been positive from all candidates we have placed. They are really looking for someone who is dynamic, and someone who can really apply themselves with the stakeholders across the business.

The role will have a real focus across indirect spend (non-IT), such as Marketing, Business Services, HR, Recruitment and FM. This role would be well suited to someone who is looking to make their first / second move, or alternatively someone who has been doing a similar role and is keen for a change of scenery.

The role reports into the Head of Procurement, who is looking to recruit this role asap. Please read on for more details:

Role & Responsibilities

  • Work closely with and report directly into the Procurement Director
  • End to end procurement, sourcing, supplier management etc
  • Manage a broad range of indirect spend – recruitment, HR, Legal, Marketing, IT, FM, Travel etc
  • Engage with and build / develop relationships with senior stakeholders across the business

Experience & Requirements

  • Ideally you will have a broad range of category exposure
  • Will be able to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Should be comfortable leading procurement
