Title: Procurement Specialist

Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + benefits

Location: East Midlands, hybrid

A leading UK energy business is seeking a commercially astute Buyer / Procurement Specialist to join its growing Procurement team. This role offers the chance to manage supplier relationships and procurement activity across the UK and Nordic regions, working within a collaborative, international matrix organisation.

Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Procurement Manager
  • Work closely with colleagues across Europe, Global Category Leads, and regional leadership teams
  • Manage procurement activities across a diverse supplier base, supporting strategic sourcing initiatives, and contributing to the continuous improvement of procurement processes
  • Influence decision-making, shape procurement strategy, and add value across a complex, multi-market operation
