Sea Global are proud to be partnering with a growing consultancy who are looking to recruit a Procurement Manager to join their function. They are in a period of expansion and are looking for an experienced procurement professional to lead projects with their clients in the public and housing sectors.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead projects from cradle to grave, including RFP, Tendering, Business Analysis and Supplier Relationship management
- Create and implement category plans across general indirect spend, ensuring that the PA23 / PCR process is always adhered to
- Manage both internal and external stakeholder relationships
Experience & Requirements
- It is essential that you are knowledgeable and have experience within Public Sector procurement and PA23 / PCR 2015
- My client is happy to speak to candidates from Central / Local Government, Charity, Housing, NHS or Education sectors
- Ideally will have a couple of years’ experience within end-to-end procurement
