Sea Global are delighted to be representing a household brand who are currently looking to recruit an Indirect Procurement Manager to join their growing Procurement team. The company is undergoing a dynamic phase of growth and transformation, with a promising trajectory ahead.

A newly appointed Procurement Director is leading an exciting overhaul of the procurement function. As part of this transformation, she is looking to bring on board a Procurement Manager (Indirects) to manage a range of projects across the indirect spend portfolio.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Report into the Senior Procurement Manager
  • Lead on small to medium sized projects and contract negotiations
  • End to end procurement management, including RFPs, and supplier management
  • Work closely with various business unit heads, including Heads of Departments and Directors
  • Support tenders and the negotiation process for large and complex contracts
  • Delivery of cost reduction, risk mitigation and control of annual category spend across the business

Experience & Requirements

  • Will have experience working within indirect procurement
  • Should have demonstrated end to end procurement projects, what the process and what was the outcome
  • Ideally will have experience working with stakeholders across various departments and will be comfortable building relationships
  • CIPS, degree or relevant qualification isn’t a must but would be a “nice to have”
