We are currently recruiting an exciting Procurement Lead position for one of our key clients, an exceptional business who have a true market leading presence and sit within the Fortune 250. Due to growth, they have created a brand-new position to support the wider team and take the lead on strategic sourcing initiatives for the business. They are looking for someone who has a strong indirect category background, ideally with exposure to indirect categories such as HR, Payroll, Benefits, L&D, Contingent Labour, Recruitment and other ad-hoc categories such as Marketing and Professional Services. Role & Responsibilities Report into the Procurement Director and work closely within the procurement team End to end procurement management, sourcing, contract management and supplier relationship management Partner with a broad range of stakeholders across varying departments such as Legal, Finance, Marketing and HR Experience & Requirements Will need to have a demonstrable track record within indirect procurement, ideally within the categories above Ideally will have exposure to working within a large, complex organisation Degree / MCIPs would be preferable however not at all essential!
