Key Responsibilities- Lead full end-to-end procurement processes including tendering, supplier management, and contract negotiations
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across the university, including senior leadership and department heads
- Run competitive tenders and lead on procurement specifications, including Framework Agreements
- Help create and deliver category plans aligned to long-term goals
- Experience managing indirect procurement categories
- Proven track record of delivering value through compliant, strategic procurement
- Solid understanding of public sector procurement regulations (PCR2015, OJEU, UCR, Procurement Act etc.)
- CIPS qualification is a plus, but not essential
