Salary & Package: £58,000 – £63,000 + a strong benefits package
Sea Global are proud to be supporting a key client in the housing sector who is looking to recruit a Procurement Manager into the team. This opportunity comes at an exciting time, as the procurement function undergoes significant transformation.
This role will lead complex and high-value procurement activity across a broad range of categories. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping sourcing strategies, driving legislative compliance, managing risk, and delivering measurable commercial and social value outcomes.
They are seeking an experienced procurement professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys influencing senior stakeholders, and wants to contribute to building a modern, high-performing procurement function.

Role & Responsibilities
Lead on complex, high-value procurements from development through to contract award.
Manage and lead on full end-to-end tenders.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies aligned to business goals.
Provide advice on best practice compliance across Procurement Act 2023 and Public Contract Regulations 2015.
Negotiate terms with suppliers, ensuring risk mitigation and sustainable outcomes.
Work with internal and external suppliers and stakeholders across the business functions.
Experience & Requirements
Proven experience delivering end-to-end procurements and tenders.
Highly knowledgeable of public procurement regulations (PCR15/PA23).
Can manage multiple priorities at once and has strong stakeholder management skills.
MCIPS or working towards (desirable but not essential)
