Sea Global is proud to partner with an outstanding organisation at the forefront of the Transport sector. With exciting growth underway, they’re looking for 2x Procurement Category Managers to join their dynamic and fast-paced procurement function.
There are two exciting roles available, this is your chance to work on exciting indirect projects across the Fleet & IT categories:
- IT Procurement Category Manager
- Fleet Procurement Category Manager
Ideally, you will have experience working in a regulated environment within the Public or Utilities regulations (OJEU/PCR/PA/UCR).

Role Responsibilities
- Partner with the wider procurement team to deliver procurement excellence across the designated category.
- Lead on end-to-end procurement, including tenders, strategic sourcing, contract management, and supplier negotiations.
- Develop and execute strategic category plans.
- Negotiate and implement robust contractual agreements that align with business goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure best value and adherence to best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- Indirect procurement experience across either Fleet or IT (Software, Hardware, Cloud, Digital, Telecoms).
- Exposure to regulated environments e.g. Utilities Contract Regulations (UCR) or Public Contract Regulations (PCR) / Procurement Act (PA).
- Strong supplier management skills and a knack for navigating fast-paced environments.
- End-to-end procurement and category management expertise.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on achieving results.
