Sea Global are currently working with one of the UKs leading organisations, who are currently in an exciting period of growth and looking to add an experienced Procurement professional to their team. They are looking to recruit a Procurement Manager focusing primarily on the indirect categories across the business including IT, Facilities, HR, FM, Professional Services, and more. The role will report directly into the Head of Procurement and will have overall category remit across selected Indirect spend areas. This is an exciting opportunity to come in and work for a company that is growing quickly and where you can continue to develop yourself professionally!
Role & Responsibilities
- Report to and work closely with the Head of Procurement
- Lead on the end to end procurement, sourcing and supplier relationship management
- Negotiate with suppliers to ensure best commercial terms and cost savings for the business
- Conduct and manage end-to-end tenders across indirect categories
- Support the implementation of new procurement policies and procedures
Experience & Requirements
- Experienced with end-to-end procurement across a range of indirect categories
- Will need to be analytical, dynamic, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Should be comfortable speaking with both suppliers and stakeholders
- Organised, is a self starter and can prioritise deadlines
