Sea Global are excited to be partnering with a brilliant business and a true leader in their field, who are looking to appoint a Global Procurement Manager to manage Capital projects across a global portfolio of sites. The role will have a global focus, with 188 sites spanning over 25 countries and new greenfield site expansions in motion. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading procurement category management within this designated area of spend.

You will need to have some experience across Capex, Construction, or Real Estate related spend. The role will report into the Head of Procurement, who is looking for someone that wants to grow and progress their procurement career in a fast-paced environment.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Create and implement strategic procurement strategies, driving cost savings
  • Manage procurement of capital projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and fit outs
  • End to end procurement management, including supplier relationship management, contract management, and negotiations
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business, develop existing relationships in place

Experience & Requirements

  • Exposure within construction, real estate, or capital related categories would be highly desirable
  • Ideally will have experience working within a large, complex, and global organisation
  • Will have a demonstrable track record within end to end procurement
  • Degree educated or CIPS, but not at all essential
