Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation within the Non-profit/Public sector to recruit a Senior Procurement Officer into their well regarded procurement function.
This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage as they continue to embed the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 across the organisation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in developing procurement assurance processes, driving compliance, and ensuring transparency throughout the procurement lifecycle.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of procurement comlpaince processes to ensure adherence with the Procurement Act 2023 and wider public procurement regulations.
- Manage the publication of procurement notices throughout the procurement lifecycle.
- Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to provide procurement guidance, training and support.
- Analyse procurement data, identify areas of non-compliance, implement corrective actions and continuously improve procurement reporting, transparency and assurance processes.
Experience
- Experience publishing procurement notices is essential for this role.
- Knowledge of Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR2015) and the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23).
- Experience working within a public sector or regulated procurement environment.
- Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate procurement legislation effectively.
