Title: Senior Procurement Officer Sector: Non-profit / Public Sector Location: London (Hybrid) Salary & Package: £50,000 - £55,000 + an excellent benefits package Sea Global are delighted to be partnering with a leading organisation within the Non-profit/Public sector to recruit a Senior Procurement Officer into their well regarded procurement function. This is an exciting opportunity to join the business at a pivotal stage as they continue to embed the requirements of the Procurement Act 2023 across the organisation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing procurement assurance processes, driving compliance, and ensuring transparency throughout the procurement lifecycle. Lead the development and implementation of procurement comlpaince processes to ensure adherence with the Procurement Act 2023 and wider public procurement regulations. Manage the publication of procurement notices throughout the procurement lifecycle. Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to provide procurement guidance, training and support. Analyse procurement data, identify areas of non-compliance, implement corrective actions and continuously improve procurement reporting, transparency and assurance processes. Experience publishing procurement notices is essential for this role. Knowledge of Public Contract Regulations 2015 (PCR2015) and the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23). Experience working within a public sector or regulated procurement environment. Ability to build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate procurement legislation effectively.
