Sea Global are proud to be supporting a key client in the non-profit / construction sector who is looking to recruit a Supply Chain Coordinator into the team. This opportunity comes at an exciting time, as the business is expanding and in the final stages of a significant transformation.
The Supply Chain Coordinator will assist with the ongoing management of supply chain relationships, including data‑led back‑office services to support member housing associations and local councils in procurement. The role involves working within a team focusing on procurement, housing, and construction.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support procurement in negotiating with suppliers by providing data on usage trends, demand forecasts, and supplier performance metrics.
- Raise and manage purchase orders, ensuring accurate system data and alignment with agreed supplier terms and pricing.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and health & safety standards across the supply chain function.
- Maintain accurate records within ERP systems.
Experience & Requirements
- Proven experience in a similar coordinator or related role.
- Knowledge of construction supply chains, with experience in housing or similar sectors a bonus but not essential.
- Can manage multiple priorities at once and has strong stakeholder management skills.
