They are looking to speak with procurement professionals who have experience delivering end-to-end public sector procurements and who want a role where they can make an impact. Manage end-to-end procurement projects from strategy development through to contract award. Lead regulated procurement exercises, including RFPs, tenders, evaluations, negotiations, and supplier selection. Ensure procurement activity is compliant with the Procurement Act 2023 and Public Contracts Regulations 2015. Provide expert procurement advice and guidance to stakeholders throughout the procurement lifecycle. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliers, acting as a trusted procurement partner. Support housing sector clients in delivering commercially effective and compliant procurement solutions. Proven experience managing end-to-end procurement projects within a public sector or regulated environment. Strong working knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 (PA23) and Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (PCR2015). Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and compliance.
