Role & Responsibilities

• Providing first-line support (helpdesk function) for users (members and suppliers)
• Managing catalogue updates, data accuracy, and system improvements
• Supporting financial processes including invoicing, credit control, reporting and budgeting
• Assisting in data analysis, reporting, modelling and performance dashboards
• Maintaining strong relationships with members, suppliers, and colleagues
• Ensuring high standards of record keeping, customer service, and operational delivery

Experience & Requirement

• Experience in a finance or purchase ledger team
• Strong analytical skills and exceptional attention to detail
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
• Proactive approach to problem solving and collaboration
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
