If you have experience using or setting up frameworks and are knowledgeable of public sector regulations then this could be an exciting new role for you. You will report into the Senior Procurement Manager and be part of the Strategic Procurement team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to build on their procurement foundations and make an immediate impact within a supportive and well-established team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the strategy and delivery of new and replacement requirements for frameworks, long term contracts, and Dynamic Market solutions
  • Monitor the completion of project teams deliverables to agreed schedules
  • Support framework mini-competitions, direct contract awards and DPS tenders
  • Ensure contracts are compliant and meet specific needs of members
  • Consult on regulatory compliance (PCR15/PA23) and advise on procurement best practice
  • Work closely with the Senior Procurement Manager to liaise with Senior Leadership team making sure all member needs are met and represented

Experience & Requirements

  • Experience working with public sector regulations (Public Contract Regulations 2015 and Procurement Act 2023)
  • Knowledge of the available routes to market, framework types and Dynamic Markets
  • CIPS Level 4 or working towards
  • Project management experience or qualification (desirable but not essential)
