As a Spa Attendant, you'll play a crucial role in delivering a seamless and relaxing experience for our guests. You'll ensure the spa is impeccably maintained, assist with guest requests, and provide a welcoming atmosphere that aligns with our high hospitality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa areas, including treatment rooms, relaxation lounges, and changing facilities.
  • Ensure all amenities (robes, towels, and refreshments) are fully stocked and replenished.
  • Greet and assist guests, providing a warm and friendly service.
  • Support therapists and spa receptionists with daily operations.
  • Follow all health & safety and hygiene protocols.

Salary: £23,000 p/a + service charge
