As a Senior Chef de Partie – Pastry, you’ll play a key role in the delivery of our dessert and pastry offering across multiple outlets, including our signature restaurant, in-room dining, and events. You’ll support the Head Chef in daily operations, assist in mentoring junior team members, and ensure high standards of quality, consistency, and creativity.
