As a Runner, you are essential to the smooth operation of the restaurant. Working closely with the waitstaff and kitchen team, you'll ensure dishes are delivered efficiently and presented beautifully, while also maintaining a high level of cleanliness and guest care.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver food and drinks from the kitchen/bar to tables quickly and accurately
- Assist servers in clearing tables and resetting for the next guests
- Support with general cleanliness and upkeep of the restaurant floor
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
- Be a brand ambassador, ensuring guests receive the high standard of service Sea Containers is known for
Salary: £12.21 p/h + tronc
