As a Rooms Reservation Coordinator, you will be responsible for efficiently managing reservations for both Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch. Youll play a crucial role in the booking process, ensuring smooth operations and delivering excellent guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Process and Administer Bookings: Oversee reservations, confirmations, and cancellations while maintaining accurate and up-to-date booking records in the system.
Coordinate Guest Requests: Handle special requests and communicate them effectively with the respective departments to ensure seamless guest satisfaction.
Administrative Reporting: Generate reports and provide administrative support to improve booking efficiency. Manage guest communication across various third-party websites and platforms.
Handle Guest Inquiries: Address guest inquiries with professionalism and warmth, providing detailed information and tailored solutions.
Salary: £25,000 p/a + service charge
*this is a fixed term role for up to a year
