A lifestyle Hotel based on London’s eccentric South Bank. With 354 bedrooms, award-winning food and drink outlets and an electric energy, Sea Containers London is a destination where glamour meets brutalism – and it's your London anchor on the River Thames.
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and guest-focused Room Reservations Agent to join our central reservations team, supporting both Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch—two of the capital’s most iconic lifestyle hotels.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic commercial team where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences right from the first interaction.
What You’ll Be Doing

Handling inbound room reservation enquiries via phone, email, and booking channels

Delivering warm, professional, and efficient service to all guests and partners

Converting enquiries into bookings while upselling where appropriate

Accurately inputting and managing bookings within the PMS and reservations system

Liaising with front office, revenue, and sales teams to support a seamless guest journey

Assisting with group bookings, special requests, and VIP arrangements

Maintaining in-depth knowledge of hotel offerings, promotions, and availability
Salary: £26,468 p/a service charge
