We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Regional Sales Coordinator to support our London sales team, working across Sea Containers London and One Hundred Shoreditch. Reporting to the Assistant Director of Sales, the Regional Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting group revenue across Business Groups and Agency segments.

What you'll do:

  • Support group enquiries from initial enquiry to confirmation
  • Prepare proposals, contracts, and sales materials
  • Manage Delphi holds, reporting, and CRM updates
  • Assist with client communication and relationship management
  • Coordinate site visits, events, and internal handovers
  • Work closely with sales, revenue, operations, and finance teams

  • Previous hospitality, sales, or coordination experience preferred
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proactive, team-oriented, and commercially aware
