Responsibilities
- Oversee late-night guest check-ins, departures, and enquiries with efficiency and care.
- Complete nightly audit of hotel accounts, ensuring accuracy of daily transactions.
- Balance and reconcile room revenue, bar and restaurant takings, and other hotel charges.
- Prepare and distribute daily reports for management.
- Work closely with the Night Manager to maintain safety, security, and smooth operations.
- Deliver exceptional service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Salary
Salary: £27,315 p/a + service charge, plus benefits
