Located in a prominent position on Shoreditch High Street, One Hundred signifies the evolution of Shoreditch and is home to 258 bedrooms and suites, restaurants and bars and five meeting and event spaces. The restaurants and bars include Seed Library, a cocktail bar by renowned bartender Mr Lyan and Kaso a rooftop bar and terrace with panoramic views across East London. Seed Library at One Hundred Shoreditch is looking for a confident and passionate Bartender to join our team.
Set within one of East London’s most iconic hotels, Seed Library is an intimate cocktail bar known for thoughtful drinks, exceptional service, and a refined yet relaxed atmosphere.
The Role:
As a Bartender at Seed Library, you’ll play a key role in delivering a warm, knowledgeable, and memorable guest experience. You’ll be working with a carefully curated cocktail menu, high-quality ingredients, and a team that values creativity, precision, and hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic drinks to a high standard
- Deliver friendly, attentive, and professional service
- Maintain excellent product knowledge of the menu and ingredients
- Ensure the bar is clean, organised, and well-stocked
- Work collaboratively with the wider bar and floor team
- Uphold health, safety, and licensing standards
Salary: £12.21 p/h + tronc, plus benefits
