The Role
As Housekeeping Supervisor, you will support the Housekeeping Management team in overseeing the daily operation of the department. You will lead by example on the floor, ensuring guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces consistently meet Sea Containers London's luxury standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of the housekeeping team, including room attendants and public area attendants.
- Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness, presentation, and maintenance standards are met.
- Support with team training, coaching, and performance monitoring.
- Allocate daily tasks and manage productivity to meet operational demands.
- Identify maintenance issues and coordinate with the Engineering team for prompt resolution.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Assist with stock control, linen management, and ordering supplies.
- Act as a key point of contact for housekeeping-related guest requests and resolve issues efficiently.
