We\’re now looking for a proactive and detail-driven Groups & Events Executive to join our dynamic Commercial team and help deliver seamless, memorable experiences across both properties.
The Role
As Groups & Events Executive, you\’ll be at the heart of our events and group bookings operation, supporting the team in managing enquiries, coordinating logistics, and ensuring every event and group stay runs smoothly from start to finish.
You\’ll work closely with clients, the wider commercial team, and operational departments to turn creative ideas into exceptional guest experiences – whether it\’s a private dinner on the South Bank, a rooftop celebration overlooking East London, or a multi-day corporate meeting.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and respond to group and event enquiries efficiently and professionally.

Support the planning and coordination of events, meetings, and group bookings from initial enquiry through to execution.

Liaise with clients to ensure all details are confirmed, accurate, and communicated to relevant departments.

Work closely with Sales, Revenue, and Operations teams to maximise revenue opportunities and client satisfaction.

Prepare contracts, proposals, and event documentation in line with company standards.

Conduct site inspections and client show-rounds with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Ensure seamless handovers between sales and operational teams.

Contribute to post-event follow-up and client feedback processes.

Previous experience in an events or groups role within a hotel or hospitality environment.
