We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Barback to support our bartending team and ensure our bar operates smoothly. As a Barback, you will play a key role in maintaining the bar's cleanliness, restocking supplies, and assisting bartenders with preparation and service. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about the hospitality industry who is eager to learn and grow in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist bartenders by restocking and replenishing bar inventory, including glassware, liquor, and other supplies.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring all stations are fully stocked and ready for service.
- Help with the preparation of garnishes, mixers, and other bar essentials.
- Collect and wash glassware, ensuring it is clean and ready for use.
- Monitor bar equipment and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Assist in delivering orders to tables and clearing empty glasses.
- Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests when appropriate.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, ensuring the bar area meets the highest standards of cleanliness.
Salary: £12.71 per hour + service charge
