- Oversee the compliance of all workflows within the hotel area with regulations regarding security, health, hygiene, and environment such as USPH / VSP, Shipsan, HACCP, SQM, and MARPOL.
- Take overall responsibility for the IPM (Integrated Pest Management), including actions and orders for the respective equipment.
- Conduct internal hygiene inspections and support external public health inspections.
- Prepare, implement, and regularly check logs and checklists regarding HACCP and SQM.
- Manage all hotel utilities and related administrative tasks in close cooperation with the Sanitation Officer.
- Conduct training sessions for the Hotel Support Team.
Contract length for the first contract: 5-6 months, with the possibility of subsequent contracts.
Requirements:
- Certified, qualified training in hygiene or sanitation management or at least 2 years of relevant job experience.
- At least 1 year of job experience, preferably onboard a cruise vessel.
- In-depth knowledge of health and hygiene regulations.
- Very good English skills; knowledge of German is a plus.
- Good IT skills (MS Office).
