Malvern Sea Cadets are looking for Trustees to join our Unit Management Team to support our journey of growth and development to enrich the lives of our cadets.

What we are looking for
- Three years or more professional experience in positions with skills or knowledge such as:
- General management and administration
- Financial management / fundraising
- Public relations / social media

What you will be doing
Malvern Sea Cadets is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated trustee to join its Unit Management Team (UMT). We are a long-established Sea Cadet unit that has provided life-changing opportunities for many young people. We currently have 28 cadets who come from all over the area. The charity is currently looking for volunteers that can support with the running of the unit. There are free training courses available for you to develop new skills, boost your CV and support you in this role.
