Company Description

SE7EN is where supply gets smart. We're building the cognitive layer of programmatic media. Galileo, our real-time inventory engine, scores and curates supply across CTV, mobile, display, audio, and DOOH at a speed and precision the market hasn't seen before. We're a global company with offices in Madrid and New York, and we're growing fast. If you want to build something that changes how media actually works, you're in the right place.

What we're looking for

  • Owner: Take primary ownership of identifying and opening new agency relationships at the trading level, building a pipeline of net-new partnerships from the ground up. Dedicate the majority of your time to prospecting, pitching, and converting agency trading desks into active partners. Maintain a focused set of key London accounts where you act as the senior point of contact responsible for performance, retention, and growth.
  • Strategic: Understand both the new agency landscape and the objectives of existing key accounts, aligning our capabilities to drive measurable outcomes across both. Identify opportunities to accelerate new agency onboarding through PMP, PG, and broader demand strategies, while expanding the footprint of established London partnerships.
  • Collaborative: Work cross-functionally across sales, account management, analytics, product, and supply teams to support new agency activation and ensure key accounts receive seamless, high-quality execution.
  • Communicative: Lead proactive communication across both new and existing agency relationships. Drive urgency and momentum in early-stage conversations while ensuring established London clients remain informed, aligned, and accountable to shared priorities and timelines.

What you'll be doing

  • Own and manage a portfolio of SSP, DSP, Agency, and Brand relationships, with accountability for revenue growth, retention, and client satisfaction.
  • Develop and execute account plans aligned to client objectives, identifying opportunities to grow PMP, PG, and strategic demand partnerships.
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, analytics, product, and supply teams to deliver against client goals and unlock incremental revenue.
  • Lead performance discussions with clients, translating data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Ensure operational excellence across accounts, including campaign execution, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
  • Act as the voice of the client internally, ensuring feedback informs product, marketplace, and demand strategy decisions.

What you need

  • Experience in digital media or ad tech, with a strong focus on client-facing roles and account ownership.
  • Proven ability to manage and grow key accounts, driving revenue and long-term partnerships.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into insights and actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence both internally and externally.
  • Highly organized with strong prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, self-starter mindset with a bias toward action and problem-solving.
