We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketer to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive business growth. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise a broad skill set encompassing management, SEO optimisation, content creation, and analytics within a collaborative environment.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email marketing, and paid advertising such as Google Ads.
- Manage and optimise website content using WordPress, ensuring SEO best practices are applied to improve search engine rankings.
- Create engaging copy for digital content, including blogs, social media posts, email newsletters, and advertisements.
- Analyse campaign performance using Google Analytics and other tools to measure effectiveness and identify areas for optimisation.
- Oversee social media management by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on B2B marketing initiatives and manage project timelines effectively.
- Utilise Adobe Photoshop for basic graphic design tasks to support marketing materials.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to inform strategic planning.
- Prepare reports using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint to present insights and campaign results to stakeholders.
- Lead email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and maintain client relationships.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines through effective time management and organisational skills.
Requirements
- Proven experience in digital marketing management with a strong understanding of SEO, B2B marketing, and social media management.
- Proficiency in WordPress, Google Ads, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Photoshop, and IT tools relevant to digital marketing.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy tailored to target audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated leadership qualities with experience managing projects or teams is advantageous.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data insights for continuous improvement of campaigns.
- Knowledge of email marketing platforms and project management tools is desirable.
- A recognised qualification in Marketing or related field is preferred but not essential.
