We are seeking a 2-4yr PQE Employment Solicitor to join our legal team in Oxford. This role is ideal for a dynamic and commercially minded Employment Solicitor who will join our Employment Department. The successful candidate will have proven experience of dealing with a wide range of complex Employment Law matters.

Key Responsibilities
- Employment law advice to a wide range of corporate clients, including unfair dismissal, disciplinary, grievances, whistleblowing, discrimination, detriment claims and equal pay.
- Advice on settlement agreements an individual rights.
- Draft and prepare documents, tribunal responses, bundles, witness statements and reports.
- Draft articles and legal updates.
- Assist with business development initiatives including training and networking.
- Develop strong internal, client, and referrer relationships.
- Work in accordance with client and internal SLAs.
- Achieve set financial and chargeable targets.
Skills & Qualifications
- 2-4 PQE.
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn, have previous experience and a genuine and demonstrable interest in Employment Law.
- Experience of employment tribunal advocacy.
- Excellent teamwork skills.
- Strong technical knowledge.
- Ability to multi-task, work to strict deadlines and targets.
- Excellent communication, time management and organisational skills.
