The Senior Compliance Coordinator supports the maintenance of product and business compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards and management systems.
The role assists with product testing, certification, technical documentation and compliance activities related to smoke and environmental ventilation products.
Working closely with Engineering, Quality, Manufacturing and Projects teams, the Senior Compliance Coordinator helps ensure compliance requirements are met throughout the product lifecycle.

- Product Compliance
- Assist in maintaining compliance with EN 12101 and other relevant standards.
- Support UKCA and CE marking activities.
- Maintain technical files, certification records and compliance documentation.
- Support product testing programmes and certification activities.
- Monitor updates to standards and regulations relevant to SE Controls products.
- SDI 19 & Quality Systems
- Support compliance with the Smoke Control Association SDI 19 Competency Scheme.
- Assist with internal and external audits.
- Help maintain records, procedures and documentation required by the Integrated Management System.
- Support corrective actions and continuous improvement activities.
- Technical Support
- Provide compliance guidance to internal departments.
- Support customer and project-related technical compliance enquiries.
- Participate in design reviews and product development activities where required.
