The Role
You will be responsible for managing all day‑to‑day aspects of a busy warehouse operation, managing the flow of goods for their customers. You will report directly to the Operations Director and will be responsible for around 15 staff. You will be responsible for P+L, managing HR functions within the department, managing KPIs and ultimately strategic development, implementing better working practices / procedures, and making the operation more efficient.
Essential Criteria
- Previous warehouse management experience
- Managing a team of 10+
- Commercial awareness & strategic thinker
- Good communication skills

Salary & Benefits
This company is looking to pay a very competitive package for the right candidate depending on experience. Benefits include 23 days holiday + bank holidays, expensed company car, pension & life insurance. The core hours are Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5pm, but of course depending on the need of the business.
