We're looking for an International Move Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team based in Botley, Southampton .

This is an exciting opportunity to build a rewarding career within the international removals industry, managing overseas relocations for both private individuals and corporate clients.

Whether you already have experience in international move management or have transferable skills from shipping, logistics or customer service, this role offers variety, responsibility and the opportunity to make a real difference to every customer's moving experience.

The Role As an International Move Coordinator , you'll oversee overseas household relocations from the initial survey through to final delivery.

Acting as the main point of contact throughout the move, you'll coordinate shipping, customs requirements and service providers to ensure every relocation runs as smoothly as possible.

Working closely with customers, overseas partners and operational teams, you'll provide a seamless, professional service while ensuring all documentation and regulatory requirements are completed accurately.

Key Responsibilities Manage international household moves from initial survey through to final delivery.

Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the relocation process.

Prepare and process export and import documentation, customs paperwork and permits.

Coordinate with overseas agents, shipping lines, airlines and local moving teams.

Prepare customer quotations, process invoices and monitor project costs.

Advise customers on transit insurance and assist with claims where required.

Deliver exceptional customer service while resolving queries efficiently.

Ensure all moves comply with relevant customs regulations and industry requirements.

What We're Looking For The ideal candidate will have: Experience in international move management, shipping or global mobility would be advantageous, although full training will be provided for the right individual.

A good understanding of international shipping, customs regulations and restricted goods.

Knowledge of industry standards such as FIDI or BAR would be beneficial.

Experience using CRM or move management software, such as Moveware , would be an advantage.

Excellent organisational, communication and customer service skills.

Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach.

The ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining excellent attention to detail.

What's On Offer Salary of £28,000 - £31,000 , depending on experience.
