The Role
You will be responsible for managing import sea freight shipments from start to finish. Dealing with overseas agents, collating shipping documentation, completing Customs formalities (creating instructions for the Customs team) and arranging haulage, whilst providing excellent customer service.
Essential Criteria
- Previous import forwarding experience
- Familiar with shipping documentation such as Bills of Lading
- Good customer services skills
- Good IT knowledge
