Our client is a leading specialist freight forwarder looking to recruit an Ocean Export Freight Forwarder to join their forwarding team, based in Eastleigh. The Role: As an Export Sea Freight Forwarder, you will be part of the freight forwarding team, responsible for managing shipments from start to finish, including: Receiving and processing shipment bookings Handling LCL, FCL, RoRo, Out of Gauge shipments Arranging collections with UK hauliers Booking shipments with carriers and lines, negotiating rates to ensure a healthy margin Ensuring goods are customs cleared Handling and processing shipping documentation Invoicing the job and closing the file Providing an exceptional level of customer service About the Company: This company has strong values and a very professional team.
