Do you have solid Customs & import forwarding experience? Perhaps a team leader or a senior forwarder looking to move into a supervisory role? This role will report to the Director, where you have full responsibility of the day-to-day running of the import Customs department ensuring compliance, whilst also getting involved in the freight forwarding side of the business.

The Role:

  • You will be responsible for supervising staff, dealing & resolving any issues, whilst ensuring great customer service is delivered at all times.
  • You will be key in developing & mentoring staff and be the go-to person for most matters.
  • You will also be hands on during busy periods, working with & mentoring your team, providing a great relaxed, yet professional working environment.

Essential Criteria:

  • Previous freight forwarding experience
  • Previous supervisory / people management experience
  • Customs procedures
  • Good IT knowledge
