A well-established international removals & freight forwarding company is looking to recruit an experienced import & export professional to join their expanding team based in Botley. If you have previous freight forwarding experience, ideally export sea freight bookings (with carriers), coupled maybe with some import, this could be the role for you.
The Role:
- Responsible for managing shipments from initial quotation to completion.
- Booking cargo with carriers using various bespoke systems.
- Managing all paperwork including raising Bills of Lading.
- Ensuring all Customs procedures are adhered to and the goods are cleared through Customs.
The export booking experience has been highlighted by the company as the key experience they desire; they can train on all other aspects.
