We are looking for a skilled and experienced Adobe Campaign (Classic) Consultant with strong operational expertise to lead campaign execution activities across Europe. The successful candidate will play a key leadership role within the campaign execution team, managing and optimizing the Operations capabilities of the Adobe Campaign solution. You will need to operate in a fast‑moving environment and provide the technical bridge between the campaign briefings and operations team, having a solid understanding of the full end‑to‑end campaign process, from brief to delivery, and working with internal stakeholders to ensure that campaign deadlines are achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the technical configurations in place with the existing Adobe Campaign solution and provide a bridge to users to aid understanding how to build and execute campaigns within the tool, covering roles such as training, optimisation, best practice and management of the execution team.
  • Act as one of the gatekeepers to ensure quality control and provide reporting if required.
  • Own the documentation required to support the operations execution.
  • Provide the link to the existing in‑house technical team to discuss and potentially assist in the engineering of existing solutions or new features that may be required.
  • Provide input into future direction of how we work with Adobe Campaign, given the role will place you in the front line with the clients and current campaign use cases.
  • Lead the operations team for any technical considerations that may require engagement with our clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including the Operations Management Team, CDM Management Team, CDM Technical Support Team, Samsung European regional subsidiaries, Adobe Support, and other third parties, while coordinating activities across marketing and operations teams.

Requirements

Essential:

  • 2+ years’ experience using Adobe Campaign Classic (v6/7) within an Operations role, with strong knowledge of campaign execution best practices and client engagement.
  • 3+ years’ experience in Digital Marketing, including programming, product configuration, and integration of Adobe Campaign and/or other marketing cloud solutions.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, independent, and responsible approach to work.

Desired:

  • Adobe Campaign certification, preferably Business Practitioner.
  • Experience with related technologies and tools including SQL (PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, Oracle), HTML, CSS, JavaScript, workflows, data management, and Qlik analytics.
  • Knowledge of project estimation, PM methodologies, training delivery, issue resolution, and escalation management.
  • Experience with other Adobe Marketing Cloud solutions (AA, AEM, AAM, etc.), ideally within global or European environments, consumer electronics, or large international brands.

Hours of Work

37.5 hour week. Some weekend and evening work may be required for emergencies and projects.

Benefits

  • 25 days annual leave
  • Discretionary performance‑based bonus scheme linked to individual, team and company performance (following successful completion of probation period)
  • Defined Contribution Pension (up to 4% employee, up to 8.5% employer)
  • Permanent Health Insurance
